Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Free Trial
Termimal provides a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate our charts, data feeds, and macro indicators before committing to a paid subscription. We highly encourage all users to utilize this trial period to ensure the platform meets their needs.
2. Refunds & Your Statutory Withdrawal Right
As a general commercial policy — and because we offer a 14-day free trial — subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, and we do not pro-rate partially used billing periods (monthly or annual). This general policy does not override any mandatory statutory right you may have.
EU/EEA consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Because Termimal is supplied as a digital service with immediate access, when you subscribe you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and you acknowledge that: (a) where the Service is treated as digital content, the right of withdrawal is lost once access has begun; and (b) where it is treated as a service, you may still withdraw within the 14-day period and we may charge only for the portion already provided. Where the withdrawal right applies, contact support and we will process the refund without undue delay.
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain full access to Termimal until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again moving forward.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged due to a technical error on our part (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact our support team immediately. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded.
